chet’s causes

Please join Chet in supporting these worthy causes.

the salvation army

The Salvation Army serves 25 million people every year in 130 countries around the world. Perhaps the most compelling reason to give to this cause, however, is the good it does for the most vulnerable in the communities where we live. Chet and Sharon have been giving to The Salvation Army for decades and have made volunteering for the organization a family affair for years.

world vision

World vision is a global Christian humanitarian organization that champions the causes of child poverty and injustice. Since its inception in the 1950s, World Vision has helped more than 4 million children in nearly 100 countries and has raised millions to help fight for the poor and oppressed. Chet and Sharon have been giving to World Vision for years and believe in the organization’s mission of transformational development and its focus on the needs of children.

water street ministries

A true Lancaster County institution, Water Street Ministries has been serving the poor, underprivileged, and homeless populations in and around Lancaster City for more than 110 years. But the organization doesn’t stop there. They continue to work with the people they serve to help them on the road to living better lives. Chet and Sharon have been donating and volunteering with Water Street Ministries since their daughters, Heather and Brianna, were little girls.

the heritage foundation

For more than 40 years, The Heritage Foundation has served as a public policy group advocating for civil society and common-sense conservative values. These include free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, a strong national defense, and traditional American values. Chet has been a member of The Heritage Foundation and has contributed to its cause for more than a decade. He encourages anyone who shares his conservative principles and love of country to donate to The Heritage Foundation.
